Soft-launch offering terms: 

1. • 0.5 $IMX =250,000 $BBC (50% Discount from 1 $IMX = 250,000 $BBC)

   • 50% onset distribution, 50% locked and to be distributed after 1 year (this is to avoid token dumping)

   • 100% of the proceeds will go to Decentralized Exchange Liquidity Pools at 1 $IMX = 250,000 $BBC
